Launch: EA-2C-SB Filling Machine – Agro and Dairy Versions
Following the success of the Aseptic Version, already established in the market for its efficiency and reliability, Tropical Food expands its Bag-in-Box Filling Machine Line, introducing the new Agro and Dairy Versions.
Maintaining the same technological standard, the configurations of the new Aseptic versions were developed to meet the needs of different industry segments:
Agro Version: developed specifically for the agricultural sector, it maintains the aseptic concept, using ozone to keep the filling chamber sterile at room temperature — ideal for filling inoculants, biofertilizers, and other agricultural products.
Dairy Version: designed for filling dairy-based products and Low Acid products, it uses hydrogen peroxide to ensure maximum microbiological safety and stability of the final product.
Low-acidity products packaged in the Dairy lines follow rigorous international quality and safety standards. Tropical Food Machinery's filling machines meet FDA (Food and Drug Administration – USA) guidelines for aseptic processes, ensuring complete microbiological integrity and traceability of the thermal and sterilization cycle.
Tropical Food also maintains the standard Aseptic Version, already recognized in the market, ideal for filling fruit and tomato pulps, guaranteeing efficiency, reliability and a long shelf life.
More versatility for every application, the same engineering excellence.
Tropical Food Machinery – technology in constant evolution.
Apis Flora - Concentrated Propolis Line
In 2019, we completed the delivery of a concentrated propolis production line through alcoholic extraction and subsequent vacuum evaporation. The process involves the propolis, initially in the form of wax from the apiary, being added to grain alcohol within a process tank specifically designed for this purpose. In the mixing tank, the product is kept constantly stirred, undergoing successive heating and cooling operations over many hours. After this period, the propolis will be diluted. The settled sediment is discarded, and the product is sent to the concentrator for alcohol evaporation and propolis concentration. The concentration pot facilitates vacuum evaporation, and the evaporated alcohol is recovered in an indirect condenser and sent back to the alcohol accumulation tank. The final product is pure and concentrated propolis. All equipment was constructed following safety standards for explosive atmospheres and ATEX certification. Currently, the line is in perfect operation, adding value to our customer.
